We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as an Employment Services Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, empowering them to build better working lives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for encouraging and motivating clients to find their own employment, building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities, and ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded and documented.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Experience in customer service or a client-facing role is essential, with a strong desire to provide exceptional service at every stage of the process.
A current Drivers Licence is also required, with the flexibility to work varied hours. We offer on-the-job training, ongoing career development, and national opportunities for career advancement.
