About this role:

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional to lead our Business Marketing strategy in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and drive revenue growth while making a meaningful impact on our industry.

As an Integrated Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for defining and delivering local marketing strategies that support global business objectives. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to leverage industry trends, best practices, and local insights to create innovative solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and owning key initiatives that align with global business marketing strategies. This includes strategies across industry marketing, owned events, trade media, industry body partnerships, executive engagement, scaled education, and success story creation.

You will also work closely with local and global teams to ensure that global programs resonate locally and meet local sales and marketing needs. Additionally, you will measure the impact of local marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and develop learning agendas.

This role requires someone with 8+ years of experience in integrated B2B marketing and/or digital marketing. You should have excellent organizational and project management skills to effectively balance multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.

You should have fluency in written and spoken English and be passionate about digital marketing. Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities, with a specific focus on Pinterest (prior experience a plus), is also required. Sound analytical skills, with the ability to learn how to analyze data and derive actionable insights, are essential.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience is preferred. Regular collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders requires occasional in-office work in Sydney, as well as travel to the US once or twice per year.
