We're looking for a Customer Delivery Associate to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our delivery team, you'll be responsible for delivering customer orders safely and efficiently throughout the city.

About the role:

  • You'll drive one of our iconic Coles vans and deliver customer orders to their homes during the day or night.
  • You'll work closely with our store teams to ensure that all orders are picked and packed accurately and efficiently.
  • You'll provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery.

About you:

  • You have an Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and a safe driving record.
  • You're able to lift and carry groceries from the van to your delivery points.
  • You're available to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, based on a 30 hour week. This figure is estimated and may vary based on individual circumstances.
