Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Performance Management: Drive sales targets, monitor store performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates, fostering a positive work environment and enabling professional growth.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stock discrepancies.
