About The RoleOur client is passionate about providing top-quality cookware to customers, and we are seeking a talented individual to oversee store operations, manage sales and performance, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee Store Operations: Lead a team of sales associates, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Performance Management: Drive sales targets, monitor store performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue objectives.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates, fostering a positive work environment and enabling professional growth.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Strong Leadership Abilities: Inspire and motivate staff members to achieve their best.
- Retail Experience: A solid background in the retail industry, preferably in cookware or kitchenware. Knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis is invaluable.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Liaise between headquarters and store locations.
