Construction Manager Job Overview

A leading global company is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee the development and implementation of renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction activities, ensuring quality, environmental, and safety procedures are integrated, and overseeing the project schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction resources, including personnel, to guarantee quality, environmental, and safety procedures are integrated.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the Project Construction Management Plan.
  • Maintain project schedule by implementing the construction schedule and controlling construction progress.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering and preferably 10 years' experience in construction/engineering projects with exposure to renewable projects. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively with others are essential, as well as experience managing budgets and cost forecasting in construction.
