Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned business professional to drive strategic decision-making and process improvement across asset management functions within the social housing sector.

This role involves leveraging advanced data analytics, financial modeling, and dashboard tools to inform business cases, funding submissions, and scenario analysis.

  • Lead or support cross-functional reviews and initiatives to enhance workflows and deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing reporting tools, creating data visualisations, and conducting month-end reporting using Power BI and similar platforms.

Essential Requirements:

5+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, or operations is required, ideally within the housing, property, or asset management sectors.

  • Expertise in Excel for financial modelling, coupled with proficiency in creating data visualisations and conducting reporting tasks using Power BI.
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives and effective project support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and familiarity with compliance frameworks.
