You'll bring a combination of qualifications, experience, and behaviours that enable you to thrive in a dynamic fund environment:
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline, with further studies highly regarded.
- Proven experience in unlisted funds, financial reporting, capital structures, and fund modelling.
- Skilled in evaluating investment returns, conducting financial analysis, and interpreting portfolio performance.
- Comfortable engaging across diverse teams and levels, with a track record of building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Detail oriented, organised, and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills.
