Our Team

We're looking for a skilled Sous Chef to help us take our menu to the next level. As Sous Chef, you'll be responsible for:

  • Setting up the kitchen for service to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Preparing mise en place to ensure dishes are consistently delicious and visually appealing
  • Smoking and seasoning meats to perfection
  • Managing the kitchen during service and coordinating with other team members
  • Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Sourcing high-quality ingredients and managing suppliers
  • Storing ingredients and kitchen stock correctly to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Developing new menu items in line with our brand's culinary vision

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A relevant trade qualification
  • At least 3 years of Sous Chef experience
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
  • Impeccable hygiene and a professional attitude
  • A pleasant and outgoing personality
