Pain Management Support Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our multidisciplinary team in a pain management support role.

About the Position

  • This is a key opportunity for someone looking to make a difference in patient care and contribute to a well-established service providing assessment and treatment for persistent pain.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and organised reception services, ensuring a positive experience for patients attending our centre.
  • Manage data entry and ensure accurate recording of patient information into multiple systems.
  • Co-ordinate Medicare billing and reconciliation processes, maintaining high standards of financial accuracy.
  • Efficiently manage waiting lists and appointment bookings, ensuring minimal disruptions to patient schedules.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Year 12 level numeracy and literacy skills or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in reception or administration in a busy environment, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • High degree of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and data management systems.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with ability to multi-task and maintain high levels of productivity.
