Key Requirements:
  • You must have proven experience administering Hyland OnBase systems in a corporate environment.
  • A strong proficiency in SQL – database administration, querying, and maintenance is required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of multiple system environments (Dev, Test, Pre-Live, Prod) is necessary.
  • A solid understanding and practical application of SDLC methodologies within an ECM context is also required.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing content lifecycles aligned to business rules and compliance is essential.
  • A strong understanding of system security principles, with experience managing user access and remediating vulnerabilities is critical.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are also required.
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail are necessary.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required.
