Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Content Specialist to create and publish engaging digital content using web content management systems.

This role involves providing editorial and accessibility advice to improve the usability and customer-centricity of digital services, as well as conducting usability testing, data analysis and reporting, and assisting with customer research activities.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop creative solutions and provide strategic advice to stakeholders in the delivery of digital services.

  • Craft high-quality digital content based on user needs and compliance with relevant website standards.
  • Use knowledge of Queensland Government web policies and standards to meet service delivery expectations.

Mandatory requirements include experience publishing content using Squiz Matrix and Microsoft SharePoint.

Desirable skills include online engagement platforms, UX/UI design, Google analytics, and web accessibility requirements.
