Senior Claims and Restoration Project Lead

This senior-level role oversees the end-to-end management of insurance claims and restoration projects, driving business growth through strategic project coordination.

  • Manage and coordinate comprehensive insurance restoration services (water, mould, fire, flood, storm, and emergency response)
  • Liaise with insurance companies, loss adjusters, assessors, and policyholders to facilitate seamless claim resolution
  • Coordinate internal teams across multiple regions to ensure timely and efficient restoration outcomes
  • Maintain strict compliance with relevant industry standards, scopes of work, and insurer service level agreements
  • Accurately update and maintain job files using a robust job management system
  • Review site assessments, inspection reports, scopes, and variations to inform project decisions
  • Proactively manage job progress, budgets, materials, and subcontractors where required, ensuring quality customer service
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in restoration, insurance, or claims management, preferably with a focus on leadership and project coordination
  • Strong knowledge of water/flood/fire/mould restoration workflows, including regulatory compliance
  • Understanding of insurance claim processes and reporting requirements, enabling effective communication with stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership and coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple projects across different locations
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with comfort working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
  • Proficiency with job management software, preferably Prime Ecosystems, to streamline project coordination
