Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management, including profitability, customer satisfaction, and quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, reduce costs, and improve profitability
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the restaurant support centre and other teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on profitability, customer satisfaction, and quality and safety standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
