At Craveable Brands, we're passionate about creating irresistible chicken meals that put smiles on our customers' faces. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our team and supporting the Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop our team to achieve high standards of customer service and food quality
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in the smooth operation of the restaurant, including managing inventory, staff scheduling, and customer feedback
  • Use your strong business acumen to optimise profit, create a positive culture, and drive costs down while improving the customer experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales targets, manage labour costs, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in the quick-service industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent business acumen, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or business administration an asset
