Job Summary
The Operations Consultant will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our financial advice business by providing operational and administrative support. This role requires a high level of analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the provision of operational finance services including maintaining, processing, and reconciling vendor payments.
  • Assist in reviewing and improving our Revenue Management System to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain the Systems Register including liaising with stakeholders to complete User access reviews.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth BAU activities and investigations.
  • Provide timely responses to financial planner and customer enquiries within compliance requirements.
  • Analyze and report management data to support decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and specific business performance issues.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • Relevant experience in an operational or administrative role, preferably in the Financial Advice industry.
  • Excellent Excel skills to analyze and summarize data insights.
  • Proficiency in using SQL, Tableau, Power BI would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders and provide meaningful insights.
