Strata Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Strata Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strata properties, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and providing expert advice on current legislation.

About the Role
  • Manage a diverse range of strata properties, including residential and commercial buildings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Provide expert advice on strata management, including compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Resolve disputes and manage maintenance projects in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial sustainability
  • Oversee contract management and prepare meeting agendas to ensure effective communication and decision-making
About You
  • Prior experience in strata management or a related field is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service
  • A strong understanding of current legislation and regulations is necessary to provide expert advice and guidance
