About Our Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Strata Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing administrative tasks, including record-keeping, budget preparation, and meeting coordination.

As the primary liaison between strata owners, residents, committees, and external stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in fostering open communication and providing transparent updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial aspects of strata management, including budgeting, fee collection, payment processing, and financial reporting.

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for common areas and facilities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to strata owners and residents.
