Strata Leadership Opportunity

This is a unique chance to lead a well-maintained portfolio of residential and commercial strata schemes, working from home with the support of a collaborative team in Canberra.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of strata schemes, ensuring timely completion of tasks and excellent client satisfaction through proactive project management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, committees, residents, trades, and service providers through effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant strata legislation, applying best practices and providing expert advice to clients to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Prepare and oversee meeting documents, notices, and correspondence, as well as attend AGMs/EGMs when required to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in strata or property management, with a strong understanding of strata legislation (preferably in the ACT).
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with a proactive approach and organised mindset to drive results.
  • A positive attitude and team-focused mindset, with a commitment to ongoing training and career development opportunities to enhance professional growth.
