Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead our financial operations in Australia.

This senior leadership role combines technical expertise with people management and business partnership to drive decision-making and long-term success.

About the Role:

The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards.

  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including external audits.
  • Oversee general ledger functions and maintain robust internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as SAP, BPC, AARO, and Power BI is also required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA qualification preferred).
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
