Dynamic Software Engineering Position

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using modern technologies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using Python-based Flask and Golang microservices.
  • Write optimized SQL for large datasets and structure data and logic for complex software systems.
  • Architect and implement robust APIs using open-source tools and commercial software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features continuously and work in an agile environment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in web development languages such as Python, Golang, PHP, Node.js, or Ruby.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL, preferably MySQL.
  • Interest or background in web engineering at scale.
  • Ability to work in an agile team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with SOA, microservices, containerization.
  • Familiarity with public-facing API development.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
  • TypeScript experience.
  • Understanding of networking and web security (OWASP).
