Senior Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our core product team, focusing on delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience for our customers.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the heart of the business, shaping the entire digital experience across web and mobile - from acquisition through to customer account management and beyond.

  • Own a high-impact product area end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration

  • Partner with design, engineering, and data to experiment rapidly and reduce time to insight
  • Balance short-term execution with laying the foundations for future growth
Requirements
  • Experience as a Senior Product Manager in a high-growth environment, ideally in direct-to-consumer or subscription-based products
  • Proven ability to bring focus and clarity to ambiguous problem spaces
  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly with engineering, data, and design
  • Pragmatic, fast-moving, and comfortable making smart trade-offs to protect speed and value delivery
  • Curious about the intersection of physical and digital products and how they work together to create great customer experiences
