Product Director Role

Zip is a digital financial services company that offers innovative, people-centred products. We are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead our product strategy and execution.

Job Description

This role will involve leading the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in product management, and a track record of delivering successful products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 15+ years' experience in product management
  • 7+ years experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire collaboration
  • Expert stakeholder management and communication skills
