Housekeeping Role

Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment is crucial for our establishment. As a housekeeper, you will play a vital part in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Clean floors to ensure a spotless environment by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a pristine atmosphere
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris
  • Provide clean towels and toiletries to guests upon request
  • Stock linen closets and ensure adequate supplies are available
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to prevent the spread of germs
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Offer information on facilities and amenities
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and lift objects as needed
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
