Nuclear Safety Case Experts Required

As we expand into the Defence industry, nuclear safety case advisory will be an integral part of enabling a Defence business in Australia. The Nuclear Safety Case Roles (Multiple) will also be responsible for connecting with global technical teams to deliver local nuclear safety case programmes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with technical teams to deliver global experience locally
  • Collaborate with diverse customers and stakeholders to deliver nuclear safety case programmes
  • Contribute to the development of complex project proposals and participate in securing new business opportunities or expanding existing projects
  • Lead and provide support for nuclear safety case programmes for defence platforms and infrastructure, inline with stakeholder requirements and timeframes
  • Support and conduct safety and hazard assessments on maritime/defence/platform systems
  • Identify and mitigate technical and project risks associated with nuclear safety case programmes

The successful candidate will benefit from guidance and experience of technical leads from other parts of the global business to grow the Australian business. Experience working in the nuclear industry, naval infrastructure and/or reactors, engineering qualification, and understanding of the Australian government defence ecosystem are required.
