Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the venue operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the operational team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve venue sales, profitability, and customer engagement.
  • Mentor and coach staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, providing opportunities for growth and development.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring financial performance meets or exceeds expectations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality management, preferably in restaurants or pubs.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Basic understanding of RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced, and other relevant legislation.
  • Ability to work under pressure, think critically, and make informed decisions.
