
Healthcare Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to lead and drive quality improvement initiatives across our Oncology practices in Western Australia.
- This role will support the ongoing implementation of the clinical governance framework, analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and report quality outcomes to stakeholders.
- The successful candidate will also provide strategic oversight on accreditation, audits, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to national safety and quality standards.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with postgraduate qualifications in healthcare management or quality.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment and proven ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Working knowledge of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and experience with quality systems, SharePoint/Intranet, and risk/incident management tools.
- Strong background in developing and delivering training in the area of quality and safety, and working collaboratively with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to build a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
