We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Aged Care Professional to join our team at Uniting Mingaletta in Port Macquarie. This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Job SummaryThis permanent part-time role involves providing care, companionship, and emotional support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, meal times, and mobility. Additionally, you may assist with medication administration and simple wound dressings.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary package, including up to $31.24 per hour, plus superannuation and penalties. You will also have access to maximum allowable salary packaging to reduce your taxable income. Our facility offers flexible hours to suit your lifestyle, and we are committed to supporting your career growth and development.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification. Previous experience in aged or community care is preferred, but not essential. You must be adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and services to our residents.
