Lead Financial Operations

This is an opportunity to oversee the day-to-day finance operations, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, cash flow forecasting, banking, and trade-related loans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Cash Flow Forecasting: Provide clear insights to leadership on cash flow forecasting.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Trade-Related Loans: Oversee trade-related loans across the group.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small shared services team (2 direct reports).
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in finance administration to support growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance leadership role, ideally within FMCG.
  • Skills: Confident managing AP, AR and payroll, with experience across AU & NZ. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Navision, Blueshift and HRIS is a plus.
  • Qualifications: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management. Clear communication; ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team.
  • Approach: Agile problem-solving approach.
