Our team is seeking a Finance Operations Leader to drive improvements in processes and efficiencies across the finance function.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance team, including Management Accountants, Project Accountants, Credit Controllers and Payroll.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing annual budgets, cash flow projections, and long-term financial forecasts for clients.

Additionally, the role involves providing insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and preparing and presenting monthly management accounts and KPI reports.

As a trusted business partner to clients, the Finance Operations Leader will provide proactive finance advice and guidance, manage statutory and compliance obligations, and collaborate with stakeholders on financial and company secretarial matters.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to build and maintain strong client relationships.
