Job Summary

The role of the Governance and Enterprise Risk Manager is a pivotal position within our organization.

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the General Manager in overseeing reporting for various committees, implementing risk profiling standards, and aligning risk profiles across the enterprise.

  • Requirements include:
    • - Experience in risk management, compliance, and internal audit frameworks.
    • - Exceptional written communication skills with examples of board-level reporting.
    • - Proficiency in risk management software, such as Archer or SNOW ServiceNow.
    • - Strong MS Project, Powerpoint, Signavio, Visio, and ARIS skills.
    • - A high degree of autonomy and initiative with a willingness to support the Executive, Board, and CRO.
    • - Relevant tertiary qualifications.

About this Role

As a Governance and Enterprise Risk Manager, you will be responsible for leading ongoing risk awareness programs, assisting with annual risk appetite statement reviews, and serving as the GRC Relationship Lead for one or more Executives.

This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate complex information effectively, and experience working with risk management software.
