You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, supporting customers in their telecommunications journey. Your knowledge of cutting-edge technology and progressive sales approach will enable you to provide customised solutions and empower customers to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  2. To meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the store.
  3. To stay up-to-date with the latest technology and products, sharing this knowledge with customers and colleagues.
  4. To work collaboratively with colleagues, providing support and guidance when needed.
