We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

About the Role:
  • You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurant or event area.
  • Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
  2. Food and Beverage Service: Take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and upsell alternative options when possible.
  3. Cleaning and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and reporting any incidents or accidents.
