Job Overview
As a key member of the William Grant & Sons team, the Customer Relations Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order processing. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the order-to-pay cycle, resolving any issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with warehousing teams to prioritize customer outcomes, including timely dispatch, returns processing, and stock discrepancy investigations.
- Actively manage the claims register, processing and reporting claims to the wider team.
- Reduce SLOBS, Duty Paid, and Company Owned Stock holdings to minimize working capital.
- Ensure accurate weekly settlement submissions to our Customs Broker.
- Participate in audit and stocktake activities, maintaining high standards of completion.
- Contribute to team meetings, ensuring high levels of compliance and completion.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to enhance customer service, internal communication, and expertise in scotch whisky.
- Support the broader team during absences, covering other roles as needed.
