Locomotive and Track Machine Maintenance Professional

We are seeking skilled maintenance professionals to join our rostered maintenance crews on a FIFO rostered basis. Successful candidates will have experience working with various classes, makes and models of locomotives and a good understanding of the locomotive and transport industry.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, as well as a strong commitment towards safety and quality. They will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on locomotives and track machines, conducting inspections and diagnostic tests to identify faults and make repairs, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient maintenance operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous rail/locomotive or mobile track machine experience, a trade certificate in mechanical fitting or similar, and a valid drivers license. They will also be required to obtain a national police check within 6 months.
