Senior Case Management Professional

Chandler Macleod are recruiting for 12 month team leadership Labour Hire contracts with the opportunity to extend.
This is a hybrid position offering 2 days working from home, with the remaining 3 on site.
As an Assistant Director Case Management, you will be responsible for undertaking case management of highly complex AAT matters and analysing to develop recommendations for early resolution.
- Obtaining necessary information and advice to effectively resolve AAT matters
- Attending Case Conferences, Conciliations, Hearings conducted by the AAT
- Preparing documents detailing resolution options and outcomes at Case Management meetings
- Assessing and responding to priority and risks, including risk to the participant, Scheme sustainability and the Agency
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking case management of highly complex AAT matters
- Analysing to develop recommendations for early resolution
- Preparing and maintaining electronic record keeping, including evidence supporting decision-making processes and justifying conclusions reached during the case management process
Australian citizenship is a requirement to be eligible for this position. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
