About the Role:
Our company is seeking a Property Claims Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our professional team, you will be responsible for assessing and validating property claims, liaising with brokers to facilitate claim resolutions, and ensuring compliance with policy terms, industry regulations, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and validating property claims by gathering necessary documentation and conducting investigations
- Liaising with brokers to facilitate claim resolutions
- Keeping brokers informed and managing expectations throughout the claims process
- Ensuring compliance with policy terms, industry regulations, and company standards
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience working within property claims
- A strong understanding of insurance principles, policies, and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- The ability to analyze data, assess risks, and provide effective solutions
- Proficiency in industry-specific software and Microsoft Office Suite
