Key Responsibilities- Promote a positive culture through interactions with residents, staff and their families
- Deliver person centered care to residents in our facilities
- Maintain confidentiality at all times associated with documentation and communications
- Adhere to Aged Care Standards
- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or enrolled in a BA Nursing degree
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
