Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Youth Care Team Lead to join our dynamic team in NSW. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Youth Workers, developing innovative strategies to maintain a high standard of practice.

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of behavioral principles and how behaviors are used by clients to communicate. You will ensure direct reports and Youth Workers receive support in case of challenging behaviors and implement programs and routines for effective client care.

This is a full-time opportunity with flexibility in work hours and some WFH days after completing a 3-month probation period. In return, you will be rewarded for your accomplishments and have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and committed team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Youth Workers, promoting a high standard of practice.
  • Monitor performance, provide constructive feedback for ongoing development.
  • Ensure staff understand behavioral principles and their application.
  • Implement programs and routines for effective client care.
  • Manage multiple case loads.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
