Job Title: Maintenance Services Lead


Maintenance Services Lead will be responsible for leading maintenance teams and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of aircraft equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of electronics and troubleshooting, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead maintenance teams to perform routine and preventive maintenance on aircraft equipment
  • Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues with aircraft equipment
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Perform daily data entry tasks and administrative duties

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of related industry experience preferred
  • Appropriate academic/technical qualifications and experience to satisfy regulatory licensing requirements
  • Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions, procedures, blueprints, diagrams, manuals and to comprehend and follow verbal instructions in English
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others and work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and other MS products
