We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist to join our Home and Community Care team based in Toowoomba.
Main functions of the role will be:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to residents, families, and staff
- Managing front desk operations, including reception, switchboard, and clerical tasks
- Performing administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office processes
- Handling petty cash, receipts, and reconciliations
- Collecting and distributing mail, and ordering supplies
We require a person who is well-versed in Microsoft Office, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a team environment.
Essential CriteriaTo be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting
- High-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with staff and residents
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
