Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help drive our global expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for innovative solutions and exceptional patient care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the talent funnel from role scoping, drafting job descriptions, advertising, screening, and nurturing candidates through the process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to lead the initial stages (1-2) of the hiring process by filtering applications and conducting screening calls across multiple roles.
  • Optimize interview processes to identify top-caliber talent by building situational, behavioral, cultural, and values question banks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of 2+ years in agency and/or internal talent acquisition working within tech or startups.
  • Experience managing the hiring process end-to-end, from activating the talent funnel, role scoping, CV screening, interviews, offer, acceptance, and onboarding.
  • Super-connectivity, rapport-building, and relationship-nurturing skills.
  • Knowledge around hiring technical roles, particularly product and engineering.
