Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their sales and marketing skills in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business development, preferably in the property industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. They will be responsible for providing sales and marketing assistance to achieve overall sales targets, researching new market opportunities, and expanding existing markets.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. They will also be proficient in various software such as Salesforce and Microsoft office products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' prior industry-related business development experience
  • Substantial experience in the property industry, ideally with a developer working with medium to high-density apartment projects
  • Acute attention to detail, strong computer skills, and proficiency in various software
  • Sound knowledge of the property development industry and salesforce experience would be an advantage
  • Exceptional presentation skills, comfortable working to deadlines, and under pressure whilst being able to prioritize tasks effectively
