This challenging opportunity requires an individual with significant experience in sales and marketing, new product launches, leading cross-functional teams, and international experience at above country regional or global level. They must possess advanced knowledge in product launch and lifecycle management, especially in the context of specialty products. Strong financial skills are essential for managing the stand-alone P&L and balance sheet at the local level.

Responsibilities:
  • Overall representation of the company, responsible for legal and fiscal responsibilities and representing the company on legal/statutory issues interacting with government bodies.
  • Interface between the company and other pharmaceutical companies, patient groups, scientific organizations, main customers, suppliers, health authorities, and key opinion leaders.
  • Compliance with statutory accounting practices and local employment laws.
  • Maximizing sales and profit growth of the affiliate.
  • Taking responsibility for the profitable development of the affiliate, maximizing potential of existing product ranges, and introducing new products successfully.
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
  • Positioning the company with key stakeholders within the country, including health authorities, key opinion leaders, policy makers, payers, and media.
  • Driving access negotiations and political intervention in therapy areas with relevant stakeholders.
  • Shaping the organization, coaching, leading, and developing the team, fostering teamwork, and a leadership culture.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in their previous roles and be able to motivate and lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
