Senior Program Leader

A seasoned delivery expert responsible for overseeing high-impact client initiatives across Command Center, Digital Twin, and Consulting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of client projects, managing scope, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison with clients and delivery teams, ensuring satisfaction, alignment, and delivery of contracted value.
  • Support the development and execution of program strategies, applying critical thinking and structured problem-solving to deliver high-value solutions.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and pain points to maintain project momentum and quality.
  • Guide clients through complex transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption and measurable value realization.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise, and impactful executive-level presentations and program updates.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and support sales efforts through subject matter expertise, client engagement, and thought leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years in consulting, advisory services, or performance improvement in a hospital or acute care setting.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology delivery or advisory projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Proven ability to create impactful executive-level communications and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 70%.
  • Fluency in English, including technical and healthcare terminology.
