Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to ensure seamless operations and high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to provide expert recommendations to guests
  • Process guest transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in property management systems and other relevant software
