Key Responsibilities- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to ensure seamless operations and high levels of guest satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to provide expert recommendations to guests
- Process guest transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
