About the Role

We're looking for a Team Member to join our team, someone who is passionate about the liquor industry and enjoys engaging with customers. As a Team Member, you'll be responsible for providing great customer experiences, answering customer queries, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

About You

  • You'll have a commitment to providing excellent customer service, working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • You'll be knowledgeable about our products and enjoy sharing your expertise with customers.
  • You'll be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
  • You'll be available to work approximately 9 to 15 hours per week, including weeknights and weekends.
  • You'll hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.

Please note that an accredited RSA certificate is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.
