Workplace Diverse Inclusion Professional

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our organisation as a People Inclusion & Experience Professional.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in fostering a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. As a People Inclusion & Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to develop and deliver activities promoting workforce diversity and employee experience.
- Building and maintaining a network of internal and external partners to drive organisational diversity and inclusion objectives.
- Facilitating the delivery of employee engagement and pulse check surveys.
- Collecting and managing data for organisational reporting requirements.
- Contributing to the accurate management of people data using HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Deliver employee engagement and pulse check surveys.
- Manage data and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in a Human Resources team, with significant experience in Diversity and Inclusion and Employee Engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
