Job Description

The primary focus of this position is to participate in a 2-year Graduate Program, which offers tailored mentoring, technical development, and role-specific training. This comprehensive program ensures that successful candidates gain hands-on experience across multiple mine sites in Western Australia.

During the program, you will complete rotations across six underground mines and four processing plants in the Murchison and Southern Goldfields regions. This diverse experience will equip you with the practical knowledge required to excel as a mining professional.

  • Complete a 2-year Graduate Program with personalized mentorship and technical training.
  • Gain hands-on experience across various mine sites in Western Australia.
  • Develop a deep understanding of mining operations, including both underground and surface-based activities.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in Mining Engineering. Practical experience or vacation work is advantageous, but not mandatory. Additionally, excellent computer literacy skills and effective communication are essential for collaboration with colleagues at all levels.

Requirements
