No formal qualifications are required – just lending experience. We will sponsor you to complete a Cert IV or Diploma.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with brokers to understand client requirements and objectives, then workshop credit structures with multiple lenders, adhering to Best Interest Duty.
  • Leverage expertise in lender policies, working closely with Lender Business Development Managers (BDMs) to run scenarios and maintain strong lender relationships for optimal client outcomes.
  • Deliver structured advice for brokers to present and the processing team to package and submit.
  • Coordinate with the processing team on complex or credit-critical Missing Information Requests (MIRs) from lenders.
