We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grounds maintenance and be proficient in operating gardening tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and care for the Retreat gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces
- Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of all Retreat outdoor facilities
- Assist with seasonal planting, weeding, and pest control if required
- Perform routine checks on reticulation systems and make any necessary repairs
- Empty gutters and maintain general upkeep of outdoor spaces

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to work under pressure situations
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed
